The Man Who Taught Yoga To The World
„Behind the today’s success and the popularity of the yoga, lies the determination and hard work of a person who struggled throughout his life to promote and teach yoga, the man who was born in India and decided to never leave his country, the man who is regarded as the one of the most influential yoga teacher of 20th century who like earlier pioneers influenced by the physical culture such as Yogendra and Kuvalayananda, the man who is known as the “Father of Modern Yoga”, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya.“
Santina: Third Series Ashtanga
„I believe there are many pathways into and towards healing and inner transformation. After years of anorexia, bulimia, heroin and other substance abuse, I came to understand that these compulsive behavioral patterns were just a means to escape the boxed-up feeling of terror, rage, shame, despair, grief and unworthiness deep within my psyche and physicality.“

Pattabhi Jois: Primary Series Ashtanga
1993 Yoga Works Productions video of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
